Il Progetto “Study for the standard enhancement and interconnection of National System of RIS-Italy” (2014-IT-TM-0319-S) è la seconda fase del “Global Project” relativo allo sviluppo e promozione del Sistema Idroviario del Nord Italia (SIIN). In particolare, questo Progetto vuole supportare l’evoluzione del Sistema RIS-Italia mediante il completamento delle funzionalità del prototipo esistente, estensione delle coperture radar all'intera rete SIIN e implementazione di ulteriori sviluppo tecnologici per aumentare la competitività della navigazione fluviale.

The Project

The Action “Study for the standard enhancement and interconnection of National System of RIS-Italy” (2014-IT-TM-0319-S) is the second stage of the Global Project related to the development and exploitation of the Northern Italy Waterway System (NIWS). In particular, this Action aims to support the evolution of the RIS-Italy System by completing the functionalities of the existing prototype, extending the radar coverage to the entire NIWS and promoting further technological development in order to make inland navigation more attractive.
